How to Get a Girlfriend
Have you been dating but can’t seem to progress to a committed stage? Do you want to get a girlfriend soon? Are you ready to make that woman your significant other? With the right moves and the right mindset, you can turn a casual dating partner to a real girlfriend. Here are some things to keep in mind.
- Set the right tone at the onset. If you think that a girl is girlfriend material and not just a friend, you need to set the right tone immediately, or you may fall into the wrong label. The worst thing that could happen is that you and the she become so close as friends that it becomes hard – even weird – to shift to a romantic relationship. So when you go out with a girl, make it clear right away that you are interested in her romantically. Complement her on her looks and treat her like a lady, not a buddy.
- Make yourself more interesting. Your life probably isn’t as boring as you think – and you need to let her know that. Girls like to unwrap men slowly. Keep the intrigue alive by letting her know of personal things about yourself one piece at a time. Don’t tell her everything on your first date, or there won’t be much to say later on (and you become a bore).
- Let her know that you are looking for a serious relationship. For all you know, she may be interested in becoming your girlfriend, too, but is not saying anything because she doesn’t want to be presumptuous. Be a man and owe up to your feelings. If you want to get into a committed relationship with her, say it. If she doesn’t reciprocate, then at least you tried, and at least you can begin to move on to a woman who is also looking for a boyfriend. There’s nothing to lose in telling the truth.
